Ask our teamDo I need to fast before my test?
Only for some tests. A fasting blood sugar usually needs 8 to 10 hours without food, and a lipid profile 9 to 12 hours. Drink water as normal. The test finder shows preparation for each test, and our team will confirm it for you.
What should I bring with me?
Bring your doctor's request form if you have one, and a list of any medicines you take. Keep taking prescribed medicines unless your doctor tells you otherwise, and let our team know what you are on.
Can I walk in without booking?
Yes. We are open seven days a week. Booking ahead helps us prepare and tell you how to get ready, so send a request or call us when you can.
How and when will I get my results?
Timing depends on the test. Ask our team when you give your sample and they will tell you when and how your results will be ready, and they can explain them to you.
Are my results private?
Yes. We treat your personal details and results as confidential. They are shared only with you, or with the people you ask us to share them with.
